JP HOOD - Case Study
We started our business right around the time that our current client JP Hood was launching his real estate business as an agent. The first thing we did for JP was create a video/ad campaign introducing himself to the local market in Erie. This video below (believe it or not) is what launched his career and got him some early traction. While we realize it's definitely tacky and wouldn't be up to our standards today, we put some ad spend behind it and ended up generating a good amount of early leads for him.

After this video, we continued to work with JP over the next several years, helping him build his brand, create videos for listings and push consistent content out across his social media platforms. We were consistent in this effort, posting a minimum of 3 times per week. These posts included:

In 2024, JP sold 74 homes totaling $13 million in sales volume, placing him in the top 10 for all realtors in Erie county.
He credits a lot of this success to us of course ;)

The reality is, in today's climate you have to stand out. People who are selling their homes want their agent to go above and beyond to get the job done. JP figured this out early on and found success because he was willing to invest in going the extra mile.
